Central Station Shopping Center is located near Churchill Downs and the University of Louisville. TRIO also represented the Seller, Stream Central Station Investors, L.P., in negotiating the relocation Amendments of 6 existing Tenants to make way for a new 14,000 SF Planet Fitness Lease.
