Theresa Carnes began her commercial real estate career in 2016 with a strong background in data analytics. She joined the highly collaborative sales team at TRIO Commercial Property Group in 2018. She has completed sale and lease transactions across retail, office, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, and investment properties. Currently, Theresa handles all the commercial leasing at The Baxter Mixed-Use Project, Louisville, KY (30,000 SF Total), The Lyric Mixed Use Project, Louisville, KY (11,775 SF Total), and Outer Loop Plaza Shopping Center, Louisville, KY (120,921 SF TOTAL). Additionally, she has represented clients such as Watch Hill Proper, a membership driven bourbon bar, AT&T, Joella’s Hot Chicken, UBREAKIFIX, Bank of America, Xponential Fitness brands, and The Joint Chiropractic in site selection across the state of Kentucky and southern Indiana. Her unwavering attention to individual client needs, thorough follow up, and exacting attention to detail ensure a smooth and efficient transaction from contact to closing. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and a Master of Public Health, specializing in biostatistics, from Kent State University. Theresa performed quantitative analysis on cutting edge cardiovascular research at the Cleveland Clinic before working in commercial real estate.
