J. Dexter Outlaw, MAI, complements the team with more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate appraisal services. Since obtaining his MAI designation in 2019, Outlaw will focus on all aspects of commercial real estate, specializing in leasing, sales, development, and appraisal of various property types. A graduate of Western Kentucky University in Finance, Outlaw also serves as Chairman of the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board, holding multiple licenses in Kentucky and Indiana.
