Phil is a commercial real estate agent with a 10-year background in healthcare recovery as an analyst, trainer, and team manager. His previous experience facilitated his development in analysis, customer service, and negotiations in a highly results-based, competitive industry. In 2019, he started investing in real estate after co-starting a home renovation business and found a passion. Partnered with the experience of the TRIO team, Phil is excited to offer existing and new clients a fresh new perspective of the market and its capabilities.

Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Phil graduated from Trinity High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky. He was a longtime parishioner at Ascension but is currently a parishioner at St. Margret Mary. Phil and his family contribute many of their resources to the Steven Vanover Foundation and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kelsey and their two boys, James and Owen, along with playing volleyball and golf.
