Located in the growth corridor of Eastpoint and Old Henry Road, Ellis & Badenhausen’s east campus is both leased and managed by TRIO. In 2021, TRIO completed an LED retrofit of the building lighting system. TRIO was the project manager for this sustainability initiative. The ROI will provide a payback of fewer than 2-years.  In 2022, TRIO will complete a full interior renovation to continue to modernize the facility.
