Harley Building

The Harley Davidson Building on the corner of I-64 and Blankenbaker Parkway in Louisville, KY was a staple as you drove along I-64.  With its fantastic visibility along the interstate the Seller’s knew they had a great opportunity to sell in a hot market and get a great price. The Sellers knew they needed an experienced broker that could handle a property of this stature and get the results they expected.  TRIO went through a competitive interview process and was eventually hired as the listing broker.  The 31,000 SF building sold for $6,600,000 and will be the future home of TESLA’s new Louisville location.
