In 2020, through a collaboration with Nashville-based P&M Investment Company, the former Kmart shopping center on Poplar Level Road was transformed with a $6M redevelopment to provide a regional retail draw.  TRIO completed the initial lease-up and was the broker for the project.  Upon completion, the center is home to an AutoZone Megahub (the only Megahub in Kentucky), Big Lots, and Planet Fitness. In addition, TRIO manages the 113K retail center.
