After a very competitve broker solicitation process TRIO was selected as the listing broker for the 42,000 SF warehouse building in Lousiville. The ability to expand made this property very attractive to future owner/investors and was a key factor in the marketing of the building. TRIO was once again able to create high demand for the building, allowing the owner to sell the building for 98.86% of the asking price.
